every thing i search says hit f8 that's not working and i do not have a reset disk there has to be a way to get into this administrator side of this computer every single thing possible that could be the password i have tried and i have to get into the administrator side to download this new software to the computer Help !!!!!

Hi charital33 and welcome to our forums.

We do not help with breaking passwords...

However its just a question of entering the correct password....

every single thing possible that could be the password i have tried

That cannot be correct, (otherwise it would have worked!)

You could reinstall Windows XP, but this would delete your data.....and it's important to note that without taking extra ordinary precautions Windows XP should not be used these days unless completely isolated from other sources of data and especially from the Internet.
