Normally emails and such are stored in:
C:\Users\<Windows user name>\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\<Profile name>
so unless you cleverly moved your own \Users data folder (or your profile) to the D: drive when you originally set up your SSD or Thunderbird then I'm afraid it's toast.

Also a big portion of T-bird is within the Local folder as well as in Roaming. Both directories must exist. Were both Local and Roaming directories on C and not on D? I'm a Windows 7 user, I'm guessing here, Windows 10 does not offer a choice of keeping or not keeping previous configurations such as: User -- acct name -- AppData -- Local and Roaming directories information just before it re-installs? There is no Windows.old folder? If so, advise, there is hope if such a folder still exists.
