It's been almost 2 months since this started.Windows try to install it.It restarts ats 17% then restart again and says it failed.One thing i noticed is that the code of the update changed.At start i had KB3200970 then KB3201845 and now i have KB3206632.Even though they are different codes it's the same update cause the new code takes the place of the old one.I tried to explain it as much as i can if you need further info let me know.

KB3201845 replaces KB3200970 as you saw. There isn't a standalone file that I could find.

 

KB3206632 has pre-requisite of needing (KB3199986).

Nothing still does the same thing.I had tried that like a month ago and still didnt do anything.I had KB3199986 installed by the way.

It couldn't delete anything cause it said they were used by another process.

It deleted the file i restarted.Installed the standalone.When it told me to restart i restarted and then did the same thing.Went to 17% and failed.

The first troubleshooter found 5 problems and fixed them but it would find them again after and fix them again.

 

The 2nd troubleshooter when the update wanted a restart it found one problem saying "service registration is missing or corrupt" not fixed.After i tried to restart so it would install the update it failed and after i checked with it again it found 3 things that it fixed and one not fixed  "saying potential windows update database error detected".

 

Sfc scannow found no problem
