Dear All,
i'm trying to capture windows 10 reference image using MDT 2013, no problems with windows 7 Enterprise i can capture it normally, i'm only facing problems in capturing windows 10 Enterprise.

Error

"Error SYSPRP Package Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.1.0_1.0.22929.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe was installed for a user, but not provisioned for all users. This package will not function properly in the sysprep image."

troubleshooting done
 1. created a new windows 10 VM.
 2. installed only necessary apps (like ms office 2013)
 3. Machine is out of the domain.
 4. machine can access the litetouch.vbs (no authentication problem)
 5. removed all windows 10 default apps
 6. but can't remove these

Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_20.10240.16384.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe

and it seems that sysprep won't work without removing these apps.

The error message indicates that one of the built-in apps is opened at least once with account on that device, which caused the app to initialize with that account, means the app is installed for a special account, to remove this error, login with the special account and uninstall the app from there.

You may check the KB article below for more information:
