problem with media bar

I can't find my media bar in my internet explorer, I tried to find it the menu bar
i clicked in view then explorer bar and its not there (my media player is a new version) and also before i used to click to see a video or listen to music and it just played directly but now it ask me if i want to open or save it help me please
