Hi Rennhack, and welcome to our forums

:welcome:

When a "signal not found" message is received, the usual steps are as follows:

1 change the cable ( including connectors) twixt Visual Display Unit (VDU) and computer for known good working ones.

2 change the VDU for a known good working one

If after testing with steps 1 and 2 produces no improvement then:

3 Try to use an alternative port on the computer...for example if using an HDMI cable then try a DVI cable twixt computer's Video card and known good working VDU...also try it on motherboard's video output if so equipped

4 try also Dsub ( VGA) cable twixt VGA port and computer and also try it on motherboard's video output if so equipped.

You have provided no details of the machinery you are using so the above steps are necessarily generic only.

Regards

I had this error when my CPU power connector was not plugged in.
