ok, so i have an access database that has a few fields which are currency...when I merge them into ms word, if there's a 0 on the end of the number in access (for instance $1.10), word displays it in the merge as 1.1...how the heck do i fix this?

Hi Accipiter

I had a similar problem a while ago with a Date field. First of all, make sure that you have at least SP3 update if you are using Office XP. Then have a look at this link for more info on the problem. If you use the workaround make sure that you have {MERGEFIELD number \# $####,0.00} note the 0.00 after the comma. This should fix your problem.
