What we can see in your screenshots;

Your video card is running hot considering it is not under load.

Only one fan speed is being reported - have you connected your cooling fans to the MB as I explained in my reply #11.

You need to download and install the Intel rapid storage driver which you can get from here

Try manually setting the CPU voltage to 1.25V.

When you post back with an update let us know if you completed the steps suggested in my reply # 14.

-Did test right after about 1 hour gameplay, that could be reason why gpu was hot.
-Yes, fans are exactly how you mentioned before.

-Cant install Intet Rapid Storage software it say's: This ptalform is not supported (tried 32, 64 bit versions)

-Increased votlage to 1.25V also tried adaptive+offset

-Disabled Game DVR trought regedit
-Also turned off lot of WIN10 crap - like background apps, tablet mode and etc..

Played for fews hours different games: no huge fps drops or freezes... Noticed few  miliseconds laggs (in all games) if i could find out what are the causes and fix that i would say perfect performance! Guess that could be anything. Anyway, thank you guys for helping me out :) Great job and keep it up!

Try the Intel® Driver Update Utility to see what if anything it suggests for the IRS drivers.

Other info acknowledged, for now we need to make sure that you have followed all of the steps post in my reply #14 and see if you can get the IRS drivers installed.

-Installed Intel Driver Update ulity after few scans it says: No drivers were detected for your product. Also there dosen't appear any driver which needed to install.

-Downloaded Intel Driver Update Utility Installer from MSI web, appears fatal error during installation. (all programs was closed)

-Uninstalled/disabled keyboard, mice drivers but after click (scan hardware after changes) they all come back and windows install them back..
-Uninstalled Driver booster long time ago, even before i did speccy thing. It didn't shows to installed programs/features.

-MSI afterburner, Samsung magican need uninstall as well?
-Do i need another clean WIN10 OS install to fix this or maybe try WIN7...?

-What do you think about current ram? I want replace them to make sure they are supported, but MSI reported that my currents models are fine and shouldn't cause problems.

-Start -> In search ''This PC'' -> Left click to Properties -> Advanced system settings -> Advanced -> Performance settings (top first) -> Advanced -> Change -> ''System managed size'' (after doing these steps in GTA V once again had freeze/stutter) Now i set to ''No paging file''

If your hardware is all working ok other than the graphics glitch the drivers can be left as is.

No need to reinstall the OS.

Where do MSI say that your specific RAM is compatible.

The compatibility problem is between the RAM and the CPU, I don`t overclock so am not the ideal person to explain this so check the Toms link here were they discuss OCing the i7-6850K, note that the stable voltage does not exceed 1.25V, check the memory support list for your MB and with the exception of one or two most of the RAM that will run faster than 2400MHz requires 1.35V.

Your computer and you are free to change whatever you wish to but we unfortunately cannot safely help if you do so, we will just end up going around in circles.

Sorry for late reply, I had leave home for a while. Problem is lowered there is no  so constant FPS drops/stutters but time to time I am still experiencing some micro stutter and GPU usage drop. If everything works as scheduled i will get other ram sticks, for test.

Now everything runs smooth without stutters/fps drops. This problem caused by voice chat software called “Curse”. Even if i dont run this app or just uninstall – i still had performance issues. BUT after re-install win10 and not installing this nightmare i am able run my games without any problems! Thanks for previous help guys :)
