Hi,

 

Running Windows 10.

Internet is connected but web pages not loading in Microsoft Edge or Chrome.

Sounds like your internet service could be down. Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

You might try this.

 

Go to your Control Panel, then Network and Internet.  From there choose Internet options.

 

Go to the Connection tab.  Choose Lan settings at the bottom.  Is there a check in the box by "Use a proxy server for your Lan"?  If you're not using a proxy uncheck that box and apply settings.

 

Are you hard wired, wireless, or usb tethered to the computer for your connection?
