Dunno; however, I do recommend you get Macrium Reflect or anything similar along with whatever reliable and affordable external media you choose for the purpose of making routine full image backups of your internal HD's OS partition and data partition onto said external media.

A CPU with integrated graphics (iGPU) does not need a separate (discrete) video card.

A CPU without a iGPU displays nothing on the monitor(except the BIOS) it requires a discrete video card to display any other content.

 

You can't build a gaming computer with $400 as about $100 is required for the OS.   Please give us some more info.

I have a monitor and 1 HDD a low end pc will do  I only need the system box

Here is a fairly basic build.

Notes.

No add on video card, but the iGPU will play most games at medium settings.   You could add a card later if not happy with the performance. 

example, 24” Widescreen

1920 x 1200 pixels

No operating system.

 

The MB has all the latest bells and whistles and will support up to a i5 K series CPU, would not go to an i7.

The CPU is a very fast Duel core with Hyper threading, all 4 cores will run at 3.9GHz and can be overclocked.

included a optical drive to save the hassle of preparing USB sticks for OS and Driver install.

You could probable save $55 by going rock bottom on the MB and CPU (loosing some features/upgrade potential) and ditching the optical drive.

 

You will need to prepare, clean, the HDD before OS install.

Hello, Sorry for the late reply I did manage to build a new pc hehe thanks sadly i have to invest more but it went ok now

I have another problem It seems that the partition on the desktop have a RAW file system I don't know what to do. It is currently running on Windows 10.

Scratch that I solved it I manage to bump my budget up.

I took i5 7400
Rx 460
Rakk Case and PSU
Same ram and Mobo that you suggest
