Its not that big of an issue but some games look so good even on lowest settings I cant even properly play them. Conan Exiles for example looks superb even on lowest settings and I feel like I was getting less than 20 FPS just looking at trees in the game that have an animation when the wind is blowing.

 

I even went out of my way to disable things in windows 10 i do not need and run a program called Gamebooster to limit the amount of running processes to only those needed while gaming. I also use global over ride settings in AMD Radeon Settings which did not seem to help much. I would love some advice, I don't have tons of money to throw down the drain on an updated graphics card for example that would cost several hundred dollars.

Looks fairly quick.  Let's do a speccy log:

 

Get the free version of Speccy:

 

http://www.filehippo...download_speccy (Look in the upper right for the Download

Latest Version button  - Do NOT press the large Start Download button on the upper left!)  

Download, Save and Install it.  Tell it you do not need CCLEANER.    Run Speccy.  When it finishes (the little icon in the bottom left will stop moving), 

File, Save as Text File,  (to your desktop) note the name it gives. OK.  Open the file in notepad and delete the line that gives the serial number of your Operating System.  

(It will be near the top about 10 lines down.) Save the file.  Attach the file to your next post.  (More Reply Options, Choose File, Open, Attach This File)

Alright I attached the file below, also heres an example of my FPS in a game called Conan Exiles which I would love to play but I simply cant get the performance I desire, even on lowest settings.

Don't see much wrong in your speccy log.  Temps are good and the hard drive is a nice solid WD.

 

You could turn off netbios over tcp/ip as it's hardly ever needed any more.

Do you need Bonjour?  Only used with Apple stuff.  Could be uninstalled.

 

As far as I am concerned using IObit Malware Fighter

and/or

Advanced SystemCare

is like putting a fox to guard a hen house.  Just don't trust anything from IObit

 

Your Java is out of date.  Uninstall it.  

 

Java has been very vulnerable to infection so unless you absolutely need it you should not reinstall it.

 

If you feel you must have Java:

Get the latest Java at:

http://www.java.com/en/

 

Save it to your PC then close all browsers and install it.  Do not let it install the yahoo toolbar or other foistware.

 

(If you also want the 64 bit version then use the 64 bit version of IE to get it.)

 

 

Let's look at dxdiag:

 

In the Search box type:  dxdiag 

 

wait for it to find it.  Right click on dxdiag.exe and Run As Admin.

If you have a 64 bit system then click on Run 64 bit DxDiag.

Once it finishes (green line in bottom left goes away)

 

Save All Information.  Point it at your desktop and it should save it as dxdiag.txt.

 

Exit

 

Double click on dxdiag.txt and copy and paste the text into a reply.

i'd say the problem with your pc and the poor performance running Conan Exiles, is that your video card isn't up to it.

 

your hd770 only has 1GB of memory and according to the minimum specs here :- http://www.game-deba...me=Conan Exiles

 

you need at least a gtx 660 or r7 370 with 2GB of memory,

my suggestion would be to upgrade your graphics card if you want to play that game, preferable to a card with 8GB of on board memory like a gtx1070 or at least something with 4GB of memory like a r9 390.

 

 

until you can get a new graphics card try running the game with a lower screen resolution to see if that helps maybe 800x600 if possible.
