Before a Windows update is applied, Windows creates a restore point . . . just in case something goes wrong.
That way, if and when an update somehow destabilizes Windows, the aforementioned restore point can be restored in order to return Windows to its former working order.
So this is routine - nothing to worry about?
For you no. For Microsoft yes.
OK.
Is it possible to have the application create a separate backup for each day? I have one big backup for a date range. Right now the Backup Period is 11/1/2016 - 2/4/2017. As it is now, if I want to clean up, I have to delete that one massive backup, then I create a new backup right away so I'm not caught without one.
Yes. Here's a link with instructions: http://www.backup-ut...ws-10-1128.html
