Hello,
My laptop has recently started to randomly go to a back screen and then come back locked when I get it to turn back on. I have reinstalled the video driver, reset the power profiles to default and done a factory reset. Nothing has fixed it. I have attached the operating specs .

Connect your laptop to external monitor or to TV set if problem persist then boot Windows into Safe Mode if problem persist with in Safe Mode than either backlight or inverter is malfunctioning and need replacement.
