Hi and welcome to our website
:welcome:

i am wanting to find out every single website i have ever signed up on since i started getting on a computer and this has been like since 2000

As far as I'm aware there is  no "central data base" of websites that you have signed into, so you may need to rely on your own records of the username and password that you used for each site. As you are looking to go back over the last 16 years or so, if your own records are for some reason incomplete, then you will need to draw together all the computers that you have ever used for registering at websites ( or at least the hard drives from them) and then manually trawl through them to see exactly what sites you registered at and under what user name. That could prove to be a very long job so it would be better to check your own records carefully as a first step.

i am wanting to find out also every email i have ever signed up since then

If you mean every email account that you have signed up for then the answer to this is the same as for your previous question... the first port of call should be your own records, but if for some reason these are incomplete then its a question of going through all your computers that you may have used for signing up for an email account over the last 16 years..... that could be quite a job!

If you only have ever had one or two email accounts over the last 16 years then there will be much less work to do... you could start with looking at all your email clients (Outlook Express, Microsoft Office Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Mail etc. etc.) other wise it may be a matter of looking through all your email backups in order to identify any potential webmail accounts that you may have set up. You could also enquire of all of your contacts what email addresses they have on file for you.

Good luck with your search!

Regards
