Exactly what is not working? Connected external speakers? Built-in speakers? Microphone? Any particular USB port not receiving and/or sending sounds? I'm a Windows 7 person, my Control Panel contains a Sound section in which I can test left side, right side, communication device, default device, recording, playback and so on. I have no idea what the Windows 10 equivalent Control Panel is or has.
