Browsing history cookies slow delete.

I have windows 7 ultimate.When I try to delete "browsing history cookies" it takes 10 to 15 min. or even longer.Prior to this it used to take about 2 min.Please help me....Monty.

Use CCleaner program to delete web browsers temporary files including cookies.
