My wife's sister has two computers .One is windows 10 and the other is Windows 7. She has three printers and wanted to print all the printers from both computers. She went on line and I guess Googled for some help. She was told that they could help. She wound up paying for Comodo Internet security. Of course they got her to allow them a back door. The windows 7 computer wouldn't boot anymore . That is where I came in. I managed to get the Win .7 computer booting. I deleted everything from her computers that I could find. Ran several scans so I thought they were gone. Well I was wrong. How can I rid her of this?
