I recently disable/deleted my Gmail Account because of frustration but didn't realise about backup of data I lost, to get it back I tried http://jamesrock9211...e-Gmail-account to help me out ,but what if I want to access my Google services with the same account and for how many days I will be able to recover my account ?

Hi Linda,

According to the article below, you only have 2 days to cancel the deletion of your Gmail account, after which it is lost forever and cannot be recovered (Google warns you about it during the deletion process).
