I Have updated My Windows 10 to 1607 for a few months it uses so much cpu, memory and disk and i tweaked it by disabling some services and it caused some peformance issues like slow bootup.......But 1511 is pretty decent for me.....

I am gonna Buy A new 1tb HDD......so Which Win 10 Build Should i Use

I think There Is no Much Difference Between Them and i will download their next fixed update when they release

Hi AGAMER,

Microsoft is planning to kill off the earlier versions of Win 10 (1507) from May this year. (no security updates etc.)

1507 will no longer be serviced by Microsoft from then as only the more recent versions will be actively serviced.

Next month (April 2017) Microsoft is planning to launch its latest version of Win 10 (Creators Update),

If you are planning to reinstall your operating system on your new hard drive now... then maybe it would be wise to install the current version (1607, sometimes called Anniversary Update) and in this way you should be ready for the major update in May.

All this of course assumes your hardware/other software is compatible...

Regards
