hi im not sure where this should be posted so let me just explain my problem, over the last few days both my shift keys have randomly stopped working and started working until today they both stopped altogether. despite all my attempts i have viewed many articles and videos i have, cleaned my keys removed/put back into place, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, remapped my keys, turning sticky keys on and off, going back to a restore point, i have  tried a lot and all to no avail. so would someone please help me out here or at least point me in the right direction. thanks :geek:  oh and some specs, using a windows 10 laptop, intel core i7-4710mq cpu 2.50ghz and a geforce gtx 860m chip
