The CPU (Central Processing Unit) is the large chip that fits into the LGA1151 socket on your motherboard. It is the "brains" of your computer.
The CPU_FAN connector is for the fan fastened to the top of the CPU's heat sink.
The CPU_OPT is an optional connector for a CPU fan.

"CHA" would mean CHAsis (the case). So, CHA_FAN1 is for one CHA fan, and CHA_FAN2 is for another CHA fan. It doesn't really matter where the CHA fan is located, it's simply one of the fans mounted to the CHAsis (case) that exhausts hot air from inside the case to outside the case.
--
H_AMP_FAN is for a Higher AMP (Ampere) fan. Since Higher AMP fans are usually more powerful, they require more power than normal CHA fans.
--
AIO_PUMP is for the radiator fan on a CPU water pump cooler.
--
EXT_FAN would be for an EXTra fan.
