Hi

Just installed HP Envy 4520 to my Win 7 pro laptop - I've had this previously on my old Vista laptop so i know how to use it all. Set my prefs to do duplex - i.e. flip page over to print both sides. BUT when I went to the actual print page it gave only "manually print both sides". I rebooted etc - no luck. The only difference in when I installed on the Vista & this case was that I put in the Photo features but since I never expect to do photo things like they have I did not install on this laptop.
