NOTE "I don't need any help my computer is clean. I'm just making you guys aware of this issue."
Just thought I let you guys know about this problem.
It's seems the windows march update KB4012215 can cause problems in MSE. Apparently the new update can cause MSE to throw up false positives during the scanning process. The MSE user then sees the message “Preliminary scan results show that malicious or potentially unwanted software might exist on your system." yet there is no evidence left of this in MSE's history after the scan is done. Follow up scans with different Anti-Virus software (Malwarbytes, Ad-aware clean, Rootkill, etc) shows that the users computer is clean and does not detect this supposed malicious/unwanted software.
Quite a few people are experiencing this problem (including me) yet nobody knows what is causing this false positive. All we know right now is that it has something to do with the new update.
Here's a thread discussing the issue on the official Microsoft help forums

And another on malwarebytes forums
