Hi,

This computer did an update recently, I'm not sure what on.  Since then Firefox will not open.  I have tried to clear the cache, not sure if I was succesfull.  I installed "Wise Care 365" and possibly "TechUtilitise", I'm not sure if this was a good thing or not or if i was succesful.

I would appreciate it if you can assist me to clean this computer up, as you have in the past.  Great work you lot do for us numpties.

Thanks,

Craig

Hi Craig,

I do apologize for the delay in responding. No one is intentionally overlooked here at GTG.

Do you still need help?

What OS is installed on your computer?

This computer did an update recently, I'm not sure what on.

Do you know if the updates were targeted at Windows or Firefox? I know there were recent updates released for both within the last couple of weeks.

Please provide any other information that you are experiencing at this time.

Thank you,
Donna :)

Hi Donna,

Thanks for your reply.  Understand that you and the team at GTG do have a lot on at times. I still need assistance and appreciate any help you can provide.

I'm running Win 10.  I'm not sure what the updates were, I think firefox.

Thanks for that

How do I do a restore?

If this doesn't work I presume I download ResetBrowser in IE and get it to reset Firefox.

Should I remove both "Wise Care 365" and "TechUtilitise"?

I had similar issue with Mozilla Firefox. I thought it was the version issue and so I updated my browser with the latest version and then it started running again. I have three browsers in my computer. Mozilla, Chrome and Opera. If one gets down I use another one.
