How to make a bat file when another person download/open it will save it self to a specific folder 





C:\Users\HisName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup


Winrar can do that? how if?

I don't think that's possible, and I'm pretty sure Winrar would not be able to do it.

The user would have to move the bat file to the specific location as far as I know.
