Will Malwarebytes run ?
Or adwcleaner ?
Try those again too.

Ok, we ran the program one more time. The detect PUP window did not come up, as before. However, we clicked on “scan settings” and there was a detect pups check box already checked. We ran the scan and the report is attached, below……….
we tried to run malawarebytes and adwcleaner. They both were unsuccessfully, again………
Thank You

Ok, we d/loaded the “tweaking windows repair” to the desktop, as instructed. We then extract it to the desktop and everything seemed to be running fine until the end. Affter the extraction was over an error message popped up (posted below) and there was no “tweaking windows repair” folder on the desktop. We then extracted it to c:\ drive and all the folders and sub-folders were there in the file directory. I found the “repair windows” file and tried to run it, as instructed. However, I got the same error message, as on the desktop.
thank you
