I need help fixing my ps4 after the update 4.5 I haven't been able to connect online by erthnet or wireless, have reseted it , just need someone to walk me through it and fix it for . Thanks please email me

Are you getting an error message?
Are other devices connecting properly?

Try power cycling your router/modem. To do this, just unplug both devices from the wall socket, let them stand for a few minutes then try again.
