I deleted the initial fixlog.txt by mistake

Hello :)

No worries, that second log shows that error was eliminated in the initial fix. There's a file in the fresh addition log that I'd like you to upload for scanning.

Step 1: VirusTotal Scan
  • Please go to VirusTotal.org by clicking here
  • Please click on Choose File
  • When the window opens, navigate to the location listed in the box below and select file that is listed in that location.

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\zuszl5xx\84bb0m3yxqdli.exe

  • Once you have selected the file, click the blue Scan It! button.
  • VirusTotal will scan the file and produce a report for you. Please copy the link the address bar when it shows you the report and post it in your next reply.

It said the path does not exist, I manually went to that directory and didn't find such a folder/file

I've got some bad news. Somehow, new stuff like Note Up, Body Text Feathering installed into my computer while I was away for a few minutes.

And, it shuts Chrome down, like a force crash or something, everytime it installs.

EDIT: I just got a blue screen of death. And now there's some PING.EXE in processes.

Spoiler

Hello :)

Ok, let's take a deeper look and then get some fresh logs and see what's going on.

Step 1: Scan with MBAR

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit to your Desktop
  • Double-click the icon to start the tool.
  • It will ask you where to extract it. Extracting to the Desktop will be fine. Then it will start.
  • Warning! Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit needs to be run from an account with administrator rights.
  • Click in the introduction screen "Next" to continue.
  • Click in the following screen "Update" to obtain the latest malware definitions.
  • Once the update is complete select "Next".
  • In the next window, make sure that Drivers, Sectors, and System are checked. Then click "Scan".
  • If an infection/s are found ensure "Create Restore Point" is checked, then select the "Cleanup Button" to remove threats.
  • Or if you are sure any entries should be kept, just untick them. A list of infected files will be listed.
  • The Clean up procedure will be Scheduled for process.
  • When complete, the pop-up window will show you. Select the Yes button and the system should re-boot to complete the cleaning process.
  • Open the MBAR folder, which is located on your Desktop and paste the content of the following files in your next reply:
"mbar-log-{date} (xx-xx-xx).txt"
"system-log.txt"

Step 2: Fresh FRST Logs
  • Start Farbar's Recovery Scan Tool, place a check in the Addition.txt box and press the Scan button.
  • FRST will scan your system and produce two logs: FRST.txt and Addition.txt. Please post them in your next reply.
Step 3: Blue Screen Viewer

http://www.nirsoft.n...creen_view.html

Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit, Select All.

Go File, Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Things I need to see in your next post:

Please post each of these logs as a separate reply in this thread.

BSOD.txt Log

Both MBAR Logs

Fresh FRST.txt Log

Fresh Addition.txt Log
