Hi all,  I have a BT Vision box which is being replaced by the "You View" box

My question is can I transfer the recorded stuff on bt vision (which I really don't want to lose) on to a disc?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Joe and anyone else in the same boat as me ie. losing saved programmes on Bt Vision when changing to the new Bt Viewer.

My wife more or less stumbled on the answer by accident,  On our Panasonic Dvd recorder/player there is a button marked "Record from source" set the dvd to record from (in our case AV1) start the recorded program on Bt Vision and then press "Record from Source"  The only drawback is that it can only record at real time speed, so if the program you want to record is four hours long then it will take four hours to record.

Hope this helps

regards  Graham
