Hello, I have been trying to port forward for quite a while, following several guides i've found via google. But I have yet to succeed in it and have no idea what else to do. My router is a D-Link DIR-605L. here are the pictures of my current port forwarding settings, maybe someone will see what I've done wrong.

I believe multiple of the guides said to make sure you have a static ip, I think I did that right. This is what that window looks like.

I have also tried to disable as well as allow the ports in my windows firewall, with no results.

Yup, I was using the correct one, each of those sites detects my external isp assigned ip.

Maybe this is a complete dud, but in the screenshot you set the portforward to your local IP address, but the dropdown says Computer Name.

Can you change that to IP address?

Under the computer name, it is just choices between everything on the network, and clicking it just puts the ip there automatically.

Just a by the way. A network scanner will only say a port is open if something behind it is actually listening and responding to that port.

Did you only trest the port forwards using an online port scanner?

If so, why not just try it with whatever application you're trying to run.

Can you also disclose what you're trying to run? Sometimes that helps in helping towards finding the right sollution.

I see Artellos got here before me.

 

I agree the problem is that you do not have anything listening on port 61066 or 61067.  If I understand the test correctly they are sending a Syn packet to port 61066 (or 61067)  and waiting to hear if the PC responds with a Syn-Ack packet.  Since no process is listening on the port there is no response.  Start up the process that is supposed to use the port and try the test again or try changing the port forwarding on the router to a port that your PC is listening on. (135 for example)
