I recently lost the ability to print from my Windows 10 64 bit desktop.  The printer is connected to my network via wi-fi and am able to print to it from my laptop.  My desktop initially said that the printer was offline and then started to give me a spool error.  I tried to uninstall the printer but was unsuccessful.  All printers shown in the 'Devices and Printers' section of the control panel are grayed out (only one physical printer, all others are PDF or Fax).

Also, I'm not sure if this is related, but websites either load very slowly or not at all.  I find this to be the case for my main browser, Chrome, and also IE and Edge.  They seemed to happen around the same time.  As information, I have AVG Ultimate running and speed testing shows >120Mbps down and >5Mbps up.

Thanks for the help!

Both problems have been resolved.  The latest version of Windows update (Creators) seems to have fixed the printer issue after reinstalling printer & driver.  AVG was the problem with web browser issues.
