Have you got your Windows 7 key? You also need Windows 7 installation media, either on a CD or a bootable flash drive, so have you got that?
 
Freebooter's video is good - but if you prefer written instructions that you can print out and check step-by-step as you go along, then the following is what I used when I installed Windows 7 not long ago: -
