Gday Darknova  :welcome:

No, that won't work as it is an Intel MB.   You will need an AMD AM4 Socket Motherboard.

http://www.pcworld.c...m4-chipset.html

We can Help sort a build for you if you let us know the computers main use and a budget.

Do you want to build using and Intel or AMD CPU?

Please let us know.

The B350 (AMD CPU) is a A mid range MB.   The Z270x plus (Intel CPU) is a top range MB.   you can't say that one is better than the other as they are meant for different kinds of computer use.

You choose the CPU first, then MB, then RAM, drives, case, video card if required, then the PSU.

If you answer my question, I can help you choose parts.

What will you be using the computer for, 1. Internet browsing, Facebook, watching video, office work.

2.   A gaming machine.

3.   A workstations for Photo/video/music editing/production.

What is your budget?

Do you have a monitor, keyboard/mouse?   Any other parts.

In which country will you buy parts from?

How much do you want to spend.

Are you saying you have everything except a motherboard and CPU?

The Intel CPU is overclockable and will keep up with, (support) a GTX 1070.

The MB supports, all the features you need, good quality board.

Important that you list the make and models of your other parts so we know they will be compatable with the MB and CPU.

RAM.

Case.

PSU.

Not if it has a decent cooler.

Are you going to list your parts?
