4. Repair Installed Windows 7 SP1 using Windows 7 with SP1 ISO

You extract content of the  Windows ISO image using 7-zip program and double click Setup.exe to start repair install.

5. Repair Installed Windows 7 SP1 using Windows 7 with SP1 DVD/USB

6. Repair Installed Windows 7 without SP1 using Windows 7 without SP1 DVD/USB

Setup 5 and 6 shows you how to start repair install process as i said to follow setup 6 you will need to uninstall Service Pack 1 if its installed.

If you have Windows 7 ISO image follow instruction at step 4.
If you have Windows 7 Setup Media you can follow either step 5 or 6 it does not matter.

Computer has started crashing again. Maybe because I threw it on the floor and kicked it. This is so frustrating.

How do I know if I have Window 7 ISO image? How do I know if I have Windows 7 Setup Media?

I'm sorry, but you're not telling me anything and passing along a bunch of links isn't helpful.
