I just purchased the HP Laptop Intel Quad Core 4GB, 1TB HD.
More specs about the computer:
  • Windows 10 Home operating system
  • 1.6GHz Intel Pentium N3710 quad-core processor, up to 2.56GHz
  • 4GB DDR3L SDRAM
  • 1TB 5400 RPM SATA hard drive
  • DVD+/-RW drive
  • 802.11ac Wi-Fi

Can I put more RAM chips into the computer to increase the RAM to 12 GB RAM?

Does the motherboard support this extra amount of RAM?

If so, where do you put it, on the bottom of the computer, or do you have to go below the keyboard to put more RAM into the computer?

Should I keep it or send it back and look for a laptop with more RAM?
