Do I need an anti-spyware program? Additionally to a firewall and an anti virus program (I use Win 10 firewal and Defender)?

If yes, which one (a portable would be good) would be to recommend?

Can I use SpywareBlaster additionally to above mentioned programs and this one: http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm?

Why not If it were me I might install the hosts file and skip SpywareBlaster.SpywareBlaster?

Yes, that's what I do. And with SUPERAntiSpyware.

Yes, thank you for the link, that's where I have SpywareBlaster from:

Other Cleaning / Protection SoftwareOf the below-listed programs, passive protection like that provided by SpywareBlaster, WinPatrol and Hosts file programs, can be used with active resident protection programs effectively.  For example, the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is an on-demand scan and clean program that will also not conflict with resident protection, Spybot is also on-demand but has resident protection if the Teatimer function is used.

Many thanks again
