I'm trying to help a friend fix her Proscan PLT7100G Tablet. I have run out of ideas and need some help!

Problem: When you turn on the tablet, the opening Proscan screen comes up. Then, the Proscan Tablet will continually reboot.

Solutions: I have tried several ways to fix the problem...

Pressed RESET button - No change.
Pressed ON and Volume Buttons for a hard reset
- Selected WIPE DATA - No change.
- Selected WIPE CACHE - No change.

Any and all suggestions will be VERY much appreciated!!
