Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Reboot your PC.
If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log.
I was a little more aggressive on removing items this time. Make sure you run Windows Update, and install Spyware Blaster to prevent future infections.

I think I may know what could have helped all these probs on my computer...I checked my internet security settings on windows this morning and they were all on low, which led to everything being downloaded on my computer without prompting me. I think that would have been the problem?

Yes, it sure would have lead to additional spyware being installed. Open Internet Explorer, on the toolbar select Tools -> Internet Options..., and select the advanced tab. Click the Restore Defaults button. Or, running a browser like Firefox will make you much less likely to become infected.I think I may know what could have helped all these probs on my computer...I checked my internet security settings on windows this morning and they were all on low, which led to everything being downloaded on my computer without prompting me.
