on the junk remove.exe i cant unblock the publisher, i disabled windows defender and turned off my firewall, nothing else can see to block that exe..?

but when i start it as admin the JRT.exe the screen freeze and all i can see is the language change setting in my down right corner, i press ctrl+alt+delete to exit that screen freeze and a message pops where it says that im blocking the app and it cannot starts despite the ommand prompt i showed u now

i started ADW cleaner from the comand prompt, its scanning now my system, YEY!
