Windows 10 Pro - 64bit machine

Dell H625cdw printer

I recently had to reinstall Windows from a recovery CD and tried to install the Dell Printer Hub software for our printer.  The printer/drivers work, but there was an issue installing the Printer Hub software and now can't get the program to uninstall from the computer.  Dell Printer Hub shows up in my Programs and Features (control panel) list but when I try to uninstall it from there I get "1628:  Failed to complete installation".

How can I get this removed so that I can try installing the software again?  Thank you in advance.

Thanks for your response.  Unfortunately, I was not able to remove the program in safe mode.  I received the same error  1628:  Failed to complete installation

Do you have any other suggestions?  Thank you.

Hello,

You might try Revo uninstaller. Set a system restore point before using it. Free version.

I was able to remove the partial install of the Dell printer program with Revo Uninstaller.  It wasn't a straightforward process but did the trick.  Thanks for your help!
