I am interested in developing a web application in Nigeria and I need the help of an expert programmer. Please see the attachment for a specification of the required project.

Thank you.

When looking for a local website developer you should use the business directory. It is full of experts in the field and native language.

Since we have not heard from Damiete for 1 year, 2 months, 1 week and 3 days so far, I rather doubt they would still be interested in posting there missing attachment.

Just saying ...

Are you talking about out-sourcing locally, or off-shore like this https://diceus.com/s...nt-outsourcing/ ? The first I've seen work fine, the second has been much less positive.

How can I contact you?

You could try sending the OP (original poster) "Damiete" a PM (private message) here. Not sure they will answer though. According to their profile, they haven't been back since posting their original message on June 13, 2017, which is going on two years ago.
