ehRecvr.exe error using HP Tv Tuner in Windows MCE

I bought yesterday a new HP Pavilion ZD8060 it came with windows xp MCE

I plugged in a TV Tuner that came along, but when i used the remote control it gave an error referred to the file ehRecvr.exe i tried reinstalling the driver but doesn't work, i can't use any of the features the tv tuners have, somebody knows why this happens or what i can do to solve it? :tazz:
