Finding references it is part of the Windows 10 update programs. Still have not found anything about lock/unlock for the file.

I don't think it's anything to worry about. I'll keep the topic open and if I find anything about the unlock issue I'll let you know.

You can delete all programs we downloaded and associated log files.
