Hi guys. I am planning to buy a dell inspiron. It has an intel core I 5 and a 6 gb ram. But my friends are saying that i5 won't support 6 gn ram. And I am really confused right now. Guys your opinions will be really helpful. Thanks.

If you are buying a brand new laptop from dell, then it should not only support 6 gb or ram, but it should support up to 16gb. If you can provide the exact model number, we can assist you in verifying that info
