Saved again! Thank you. I don't seem to have IE, so I moved on to the second method. I had a bit of difficulty following directions from my tiny tablet screen, but finally managed to get to the command prompt as an administrator ( the method I finally used was actually easy - entering "cmd" in the search box, then, when the icon appeared, right clicking to chose "run as administrator" ). I typed in all that stuff, restarted, and it appears to be working. At least I've accessed your website from a real computer with a real screen. Assume all is well unless I write back.
