on the account with the infected file  have not  been able to get anything to load or open or download-  - looks like  the bad user account happening - I really  can't  say much about this because I have spent so many long nights trying to fix this at this point I am at a total loss........totally beaten by it.....

Also sending you scans of my anti-malware logfiles - its been so tiring trying to fix this - microsoft hasn't really been any help at all  I hope someone here can help --can't  wait  to get started -- until then --happy reading my text logs

Steph

Do you have the FRST logs?  Just copy the text and paste it into a Reply (or two).  Prefer you not attach them but if you must it's a multi-stage process.

First click on More Reply Options
Then scroll down to where you see
Choose File and click on it.  Point it at the file and hit Open.
Now click on Attach this file.
