I wonder if anyone can help me.
I updated my op system to the new creators 10 windows after i received the promp for privacy.
I had Windows 10 Anniversary on my laptop.
I began to have touchpad problems and mouse problems and can only use a mouse which now has a mind of it's own.

I have rolled back to my anniversary windows, still problems.
I updated the mouse drivers, rolled them back uninstalled and downloaded the drivers from the toshiba site but I'm still having these problems.
I've run the troubleshooter in windows for devices and no issues were reported.
I have installed super-anti-spyware and scanned for bugs. All seems good.

Nothing has worked.

Is there anything else I can do?

P.S. My touchpad is enabled on the keyboard.
I have also took the battery out unplugged and held down the power on button for so many seconds. Put battery back in, plugged in laptop and did the f9 and then f10 options. That calms the mouse down for a while before it starts to have a mind of it's own again.

Hello veron3,
:welcome:
My name is UnloosedCake, and I'm here to help you solve this problem!

This definitely seems to be an interesting issue! My suggestion is this: post over in the "malware/virus removal" forum and follow their directions to ensure that there's no underlying cause here, sometimes malware can be weird and just mess up some simple settings that can cause unfortunate issues like this. Once they declare your computer clear from malware, re-evaluate the problem. If it persists, request this topic be re-opened by PM'ing a moderator, and you can message me as well once it re-opens, and we can go from there. I just want to make sure there are no underlying causes before we start changing and fixing settings.

Thanks!

-Cake
