Checked User account, I am the system administrator. I am logged to the system admin acct. When I try to open The SafeZone browser I getthe following Window 10 error message: Avast SafeZome "Can't open user profile directory because you lack sufficient priviledges. You might want to contact the administrator of this machine". How do I fix this?

Perform a clean installation of avast.

- Download the full installer for the version you want ( https://forum.avast....?topic=179855.0 )
- Remove avast through control panel
- Run avastclear
- Make sure all remnants of previously installed av's are removed ( http://www.ache.nl for links to tools/instructions )
- Reboot
- Install avast while logged in with the real administrator account
