What kind of laptop that you have? Could you run DXdiag to see if there is any driver missing?

Hi Realistpnoy,

The Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 is for your wireless network card.  First we need to see if you do have bluetooth in your laptop, when you go to your notifications on the taskbar by the clock, click on it and look down the bottom for bluetooth.  Right click on this and go to settings.  The settings window will open.

I'm going to assume that you have the latest windows 10 upgrade, so I'll be doing everything as if its mine. Haha,  anyway.  Turn your bluetooth on and if it does turn on, click on "More Bluetooth Options" and another windows should open.   Then click on  Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC, then click on OK to allow it.  Now you should be able to find your laptop IF you have bluetooth installed.
