I need these three necessities in an image viewer:

1. Resize

2. Crop and

3. Save to various file types

I use a program called imageeye as a viewer and very basic editor,I have tried loads of viewers and for me this is the best!

I'm also using Snagit and what I know Snagit is the best for recording your display and @PoeKris2 friend you Apowersoft Photo Viewer is also the best Image Viewer for Windows 10.
